A co-workers funeral service was to be held later on in the afternoon around 3:00PM. At about 9AM earlier that morning, I went online to your website to review your different floral arrangements that could be purchased. I came across the "Springtime Wishes" display and selected that one for the service. The website indicated same day delivery service and I thought that by only having 6 hrs. or less to handle and deliver this order, this would probably create a challenge for your delivery department. However, when I arrived at the service later that afternoon, I was deeply gratified to notice that my order for flowers was being beautifully displayed next to the co-worker's casket! Another nice feature of your service was the listing of different pre-printed sympathy messages that one could have included with the flowers, which was a professional touch in service! Thanks for making this happen on such short notice which was greatly appreciated!
